Colby Halloween Extravaganza

Halloween Extravaganza is a celebration for local youth in Colby's Cotter Union. There will be face-painting, a haunted house, cookie decorating, face mask decorating, a costume contest, and candy! All kids and parents are welcome to come out for some great Halloween fun!
