Femmes of Rock Workshop for Strings Students

FreeThe Waterville Opera House is excited to announce it is partnering with the talented musicians from the nationally recognized touring group, Femmes of Rock, to offer an educational workshop for local strings students. This workshop will provide students with the opportunity to learn from professional musicians who specialize in performing non-traditional music on a traditional instrument. It will include a short private performance from the Femmes of Rock, a question and answer period, a discussion about the music industry today, and learning a piece of music and performing it on stage with the band. All local strings students are invited to participate!
