FreeWe need your input! Please join us and be part of our Health & Wellness Focus Group. We are looking for ways to increase participation and completion in our evidence based programs, Living Well for Better Health, Living Well with Diabetes and Living Well with Chronic Pain. We will meet for one hour and have an open discussion format on the types of incentives we could offer. Light refreshments will be served.
