Improving Project Benefits and Organizational Success

Thomas College professor Dr. Frank Appunn will be providing a remote keynote address about project management to more than 500 project managers nationally and internationally at the world’s largest telecommunications company, AT&T. Community members are invited to sit in the audience during the keynote at Thomas College.

The talk, “Improving Project Benefits and Organizational Success: Integrating Strategy and Project Management,” has a focus on helping to deliver change successfully, while supporting the organization’s strategy. With the increasing need to adopt improvements to remain competitive, effective change and seamless adoption are key to success.

Appunn teaches in the Masters in Project Management program and in the bachelors degree at Thomas College. His work with doctoral students in California adds research findings relating to the latest techniques in Project Management and Agile. He has been an entrepreneur for more than 20 years, providing leading and bleeding edge technology and security solutions to large organizations in the banking, health, and mining sectors. His companies provided solutions to organizations in North America, Europe, and Africa, including project management.
