Leading with Culture

Neil Kiely will speak about leading with culture at Thomas College and Mid-Maine Chamber of Commerce’s February Business Breakfast. Kiely will discuss building a sustainable advantage through engaged and empowered employees.

Neil J. Kiely is the President of Androscoggin Bank, a nearly 150-year-old community bank with headquarters in Lewiston, Maine. Before joining the Bank, Kiely served as a Director on the Androscoggin Bank Board. Kiely’s background includes law, real estate development and other entrepreneurial ventures. Most recently, Kiely served five years as the Director of Development, New England for First Wind, LLC in Portland, Maine where he led internal and external teams in all aspects of the development of grid scale wind and solar energy projects from site identification through permitting and community relations to construction. He received his J.D. from Emory University School of Law and his undergraduate degree from Boston College.

Kiely currently serves on the University of Southern Maine Advisory Board and the Maine Advisory Board for the Trust for Public Land.  Kiely lives in Falmouth, Maine with his wife Elise and their two children.

Mid-Maine Chamber of Commerce holds monthly informative presentations on a variety of educational business topics at Thomas College’s Spann Student Commons. The cost of the Business Breakfast is $18 for members, $25 at the door & for non-members. Breakfast is included with the reservation.
