*Eligible recipients for technical assistance include agricultural producers whose agricultural production is 50% or more of their gross income, and rural small businesses located outside of the greater Portland area including, but not limited to, parts of Cape Elizabeth, Falmouth, Gorham, Scarborough, Westbrook, and South Portland.
