Snow Pond Symphony

Snow Pond Center for the Arts kicks off its 2016 Summer Music Series with the Snow Pond Symphony Orchestra’s inaugural performance. Under the baton of Maestro Leon Gregorian, the orchestra will play a thrilling concert of classical and pops favorites. Snow Pond Faculty, and former member of Orpheus Chamber Orchestra, Jo-Ann Sternberg, will solo on the Mozart Clarinet Concerto in A Major.
Program selections include:
- Overture to Candide - Leonard Bernstein
- Sicilienne, from Pelléas et Mélisande - Gabriel Fauré
- Capriccio Espagnol - Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov
- Main Title from Star Wars - John Williams
- Selections from West Side Story - Leonard Bernstein
- Salute to Ol’ Blue Eyes - arr. John Moss
