Tai Chi for Health

$50Tai Chi for Health is an easy-to-learn form of tai chi that focuses on healing, relaxation, and improving mobility and balance. Medical studies have shown that practicing this program helps improve the control of diabetes; improves flexibility, muscle strength, heart and lung function, posture and balance; and increases one’s ability to relax. This program is appropriate for anyone wanting to improve their health or other chronic conditions.
