The Art of Self-Compassion

$15Many of us are easily able to feel compassion for others, but what about ourselves? Learning to have self-compassion is vital for living a truly happy and joyful life. Join us in a relaxed and supportive workshop where you will participate in creative exercises designed to increase your capacity for mindfulness and self-compassion.
This class has two sessions, on April 28 and May 5.
