Valentine’s Cosplay Tea Party
February 13, 2016, 11:00 AM – 2:30 PM
FreeCome and join us for our annual cosplay tea party at the Waterville Public Library where we celebrate costuming and the holiday of romance. As our tea parties are pot luck, we supply the tea, but are always grateful when people bring treats to share with others. (Please label any allergens!) Come in your lovely shades of pinks and reds, do a couples cosplay with a friend, or just come in general; we welcome all skills and ages!
Ground Rules: Please leave prop weapons at home, as we will be in a library. The library will be having normal business hours, so we need to remember to be respectful towards our host environment. If you are under 18 and have a parent available to sign you in, that would be greatly appreciated, but it is not required.
Activities: Cosplay Contest - MACE and Cirque will be hosting a small cosplay contest prior to the group photoshoot, starting at 1PM! We haven't full decided on categories and prizes, but will update as we get closer to the event. Other activities are TBA.
Location: Bartlett Room for Teens.
Organized by the Maine Association of Cosplay Enthusiasts (MACE) and Cirque du Geek.
