UWKV's Emerging Leaders Society and Cynergy, a division of the Kennebec Valley Chamber, are hosting a diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) panel discussion next week on Oct. 19 from 11:30am - 12:30pm.
Walk the Walk: DEI in Action will be this year’s fourth and final event of UWKV's professional development series focused on DEI. We are ending the series with a panel of professionals who are not only learning about and advocating for DEI but who are implementing these concepts in the workplace for employees, clients, partners, etc.
Panelists include: Courtney Yeager, executive director of United Way of Kennebec Valley; Thea Hollman, DEI coordinator at Snow Pond Center for the Arts; and Toby Suttie, store manager for the Hannaford at Elm Plaza in Waterville.
