Whether you currently—or aspire to—manage staff or volunteers, you won't want to miss this day-long training. Participants will strengthen their ability to create shared expectations for success, delegate roles and responsibilities, and coach others to ensure accountability, learning and growth. The day will wrap up with an assessment and tools for personal success, including energy and time management skills.

About the Presenter
Laura Mitchell focuses her work on leadership and team development at Starboard Leadership Consulting. She is a certified trainer and facilitator in both "Everything DiSC" and "The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™". Laura has also led programs for the Bangor Region Chamber of Commerce, Eastern Maine Development Corporation, and United Way of Eastern Maine. As a volunteer, Laura has gained experience on municipal and nonprofit boards. Laura is a graduate of the Bangor Region Leadership Institute.
