Elm City Community Music School
Elm City Community Music School is a non-profit organization, offering music making opportunities and progressive skill development for all ages and abilities in the Greater Waterville area.
Registration is now open for Elm City Community Music School’s Fall Session, running for six weeks from October 26 to December 14.
Private lessons are available on most instruments, including piano, voice, guitar, woodwinds, brass, strings and percussion/drum set. Both beginners and intermediate to advanced learners are welcome.
Rock Band and Fiddling classes encourage making music with others. No experience is needed for group classes in Ukulele, Community Sing and Taiko Drumming, a traditional Japanese art form bridging music and martial arts; Wee Violin is designed for young children 3-6 to explore music through play with their parents/caregivers, offered by Pineland Suzuki School.
Elm City Community Music School is proud to partner with Mid-Maine Regional Adult and Community Education. Most classes are held on Saturday mornings at the Waterville Junior High School on 100 West River Road; as well as The Playhouse (formerly Railroad Square Cinema) in Waterville.
