Now is the time to share your passion and creativity! We want to hear from you!     June 21 deadline for proposals.   PK WTVL volume 28 will take place on the eve of the 21st annual Maine International Film Festival! The event will take place July 12, 2018 under a tent in Castonguay Square in beautiful downtown Waterville. A reception will begin at 6:20pm and the presentations will start at 7:20pm. The Maine Community Energy Advocates is a student-led initiative with the mission of establishing a Maine specialty license plate, which would raise funds for community energy projects across Maine.
