Hello friends,
Happy March!
This month, you can expect our signature programs to continue, including Toddler Power Hour and another performance on The Stage! Plus, we are busy planning our major spring events, including our Annual Tea Party (April 28th) and Fairies and Gnomes Festival (May 18th)- mark your calendars!
After two successful seasons of The Stage at CDM, we've decided to switch things up a bit. For our April show, rather than hosting a professional group, we want to extend a special invitation to YOU! Join us by auditioning for our first-ever Kid's Talent Show. Come be a part of the spotlight and showcase your talent on The Stage at CDM!

The museum was excited to be featured recently on ABC 7 and Fox 22 News, where we shared a peek into our newly renovated exhibit hall and talked about the importance of our fundraising push to the finish line!

Join our final fundraising push!
We are so excited to be kicking off our final push of fundraising with a challenge match for the month of March!
Bill and Vicki Mitchell have committed to a match, dollar for dollar, for the first $15,000 that we raise. That means if you donate $10, they'll donate $10. If you donate $250, they'll donate $250!
We are excited to have already received our first donation from Ruby, the daughter of Emily, the Museum Engagement Coordinator!
She says, "The reason why I wanted to give the five dollars is because my mom works at the children’s museum and I thought it would be a very good idea. I hope everyone will be able to come to the museum and have a wonderful time. Not just me, other kids too."
Thank you, Ruby, for your donation, and to the Mitchell Family for their match! We're $10 closer to our goal!

While the exhibit hall is under construction and our exhibits are being made, we're still offering regular play time on Monday mornings from 9:00-12:00!
Open-ended play for ages 1-5
Drop-in for $3 per toddler
Does Your Kiddo Have Special Talent?!
Our first talent show for kids, by kids!
Come see some amazing acts of talent on The Stage at CDM! Appropriate for an all-ages audience, it's sure to be a blast!
The show is April 13 at 3:00
But for now, we're looking for acts!
Ages 6-12
Acts 3 minutes or less
First prize: Waterville Area gift bundle
Participation prize: day pass to the museum once we open

Stage at CDM Presents: A Kid's Entertainment Series
The Stage at CDM Presents has had a great start to the 23-24 season! We've seen Jason Tardy Juggling, Mr. Drew's amazing animals, and Mad Science. Next up: A Nettie Loops hula hoop workshop - wow!
February Break Camp was a Blast!
Thank You to everyone who joined us!
We had such a blast during February Break Camp!
The week was full of art projects, fort-building, catapult-launching, robots, tree climbing, rockets, snowmen building, and much more... we had so much fun and can't wait to do it again in April!
