Spring Soup Class & Demonstration

This demonstration will focus on the significance of house-made stock as a key component, and the infusion of ingredients to make light fresh soups welcoming spring. Participants will learn techniques to make healthy "creamy" soups and understand the importance of garnish. Participants will take home a variety of samples that may include Fresh Spring Pea, Creamy Asparagus Dill and Carrot Ginger. All recipes have an unexpected twist, so please come with an open mind!

Cost: $35. Register in advance. Limited to 10 participants.
