Transit of Mercury

While not as rare as the transit of Venus, the transit of Mercury across the surface of the sun, is wonderful event to view. We will have out telescopes for viewing all morning, plus cameras and glasses for safe viewing. This is the first time since 2006 that the transit of Mercury will be visible and it won’t be visible again until 2019, so make sure you don’t miss it!
