PK WTVL volume 27 will take place on Friday, April 27, 2018, at the Waterville Opera House! The evening will begin with a reception at 6:00pm at Common Street Arts, 93 Main Street, Waterville. The Maine Community Energy Advocates is a student-led initiative with the mission of establishing a Maine specialty license plate, which would raise funds for community energy projects across Maine. On average, each Maine specialty plate generates about $240,000 for its cause annually; but in order for the state to produce a new specialty license plate, we must first sell 2,000 plate pre-orders to Maine drivers.
